‘Exclusively Made For You’
Handmade Italian vegetable tanned leather watch strap. Made from semi soft leather, around 1,5-1,8mm thick, and sourced from tanneries registered with the Italian vegetable tanned leather consortium. And saddle stitched by hands, (thus it has a rough and raw look / finishing), using the finest cotton waxed thread sourced from Italy. The buckle is also handmade by my partner Paolo Lapini, in Florence, in Italy. We have the usual metal buckle, which has a vintage brass look. And we also have options for Sterling Silver 925, 9k and 18k Gold buckles.
For this model, I used 1 long piece of leather, folded into 2 layers and hand-stitched the buckle on to the strap. On the bracelet, I have stitched a section which is designed to hold your wrist-watch from case size 40mm to 44mm or even larger if required (I can also make a section for smaller models, to hold Women’s watch also). No other materials other than leather, were used for the crafting of this strap. Therefore, if you see carefully, its thick, but not stiff. This design gives a rough-and-tough look or the rugged kind of look, and blends well with especially those large size watches. The buckle is made of metal though it has a antique brass look and it is handmade in Florence, Italy
You are welcome to have a custom made leather watch strap. All you need to do is, share with me the details of the model of your watch and even better, the size of the pin on which you will hook up the leather strap. I will try my best to craft the leather strap which fits perfectly with your wrist -watch.
